batters /catch Points

in all areas of the program when you generate batters at a TP you get an option for 'before or half angle or after" can we get a radial option at 'x' degrees .

Invert On/Off in Layer Settings. Please get this working again.

This is (was?) a very useful feature to be able to quickly see what in the Off layers without messing up the current layer settings. Very useful in larger jobs with many layers when looking for data.
