Update Leica Road Runner Export

The new Leica Captivate now looks for folders containing the exported DBX files as opposed to individual loose files. Therefore can the Export to Road Runner process create a jobname folder that contains the individual files.

Invert On/Off in Layer Settings. Please get this working again.

This is (was?) a very useful feature to be able to quickly see what in the Off layers without messing up the current layer settings. Very useful in larger jobs with many layers when looking for data.
