Ability to Add or Modify Point Mark symbols

A customer requested an idea request to allow you to edit or add to the list of Point Marks that are currently available without the need to apply a symbol to the point.

    MO introduced a bunch of new point marks in v7.1.

    For customising, a Symbol needs to be used.
