Topcon Office Ideas

The inquire Area tool is very useful. I like the way it highlights the area it has suggested and gives the option of positioning a label.

I would like to suggest some enhancements on this tool.

Since this area may not always be what the user needs exactly, could there be an option to make the highlighted area a Polygon this could then be modified with edit entity. This new polygon could be saved by default to a new layer (called Areas).

Also the highlighted area could be shaded or hatched which could also be saved with the polygon.
