Move / Rotate to temporarily highlight linked entities in layers that are off

If you need to Translate / Rotate a selection but some layers are off and the selected entities are linked to those inactive layers - to show or highlight the connected entities to enable the user to edit the items layers to enable completion of Translate / Rotate.
