Moving Annotations in Drawing view

If annotations need to be moved for better visibility in Drawing View it is fairly easy to edit in Survey View and any changes will be reflected in Drawing View. If the Drawing window has been rotated then moving the annotation in Survey View bears no relation to how it will be moved in Drawing View, this is very frustrating, or is there something else I have to do?

Also it would be good if the drawing immediately updated after the command was finished, as it is we have to click on the drawing for this to happen.

    This is still an issue, see attached pdf to illustrate.

    My suggestion would be to have an option in Survey View to show all annotations in Survey View as they appear in Drawing View. So they can be edited in Survey View.

    Alternatively an option to allow editing of annotations in Drawing View.
