Add F2 Key as a shortcut key for Create Entity and Edit Entity option in MO

Invert On/Off in Layer Settings. Please get this working again.

This is (was?) a very useful feature to be able to quickly see what in the Off layers without messing up the current layer settings. Very useful in larger jobs with many layers when looking for data.
