"Would it be possible to create a shortcut item (F2 menu item) for the Insert: "Create Entity" and "Edit Entity"button. Sounds like these commands might might play nicer with Takeoff.

Currently all my commands for creating linework (primarily String create, edit, break, select linked points, delete) are all accessed via shortcut keys. Sounds like if use the Create entity functionality, the produced line-work might work better in Takeoff so was going to try to set up a list of shortcut keys that would be commonly used for creating, editing, of polygons/Boundaries since that is what is required in takeoff. If had any other edit tools would recommend for setting up in the shortcut options, would be interested in those as well."
