CREATE TITLE BLOCKS WITH EDITABLE ATTRIBUTES/TEXT

is it possible to add a the functionality of editable blocks into a drawing template. having a template where default text could be edited would save bulk time in WAE and setout plans. there doesn't seem to be much customization available in the Drafting function. looking forward to V7.0
