In Roads, the obstruction / service string displays but has no reference elevation for top / bottom to determine the height difference between the design surface and the obstruction. You can approximate the elevation by zooming right in and place the mouse cursor on the top of the red circle and then read the elevation on the left bar... But if it displayed a tagged elevation for top and bottom of the red obstruction, then designers can determine exactly the elevation differences.
