Apply Elevation Prompt (CTRL + E) prior to all Create Entity options

Currently you can use CTRL + E "Prompt for Elevations" when creating Points or Add Lines. Please enhance this further so that other functions in Survey View that creates points (like Parallel Lines as an example), you can CTRL + E to set Elevation requirements prior to creating the Parallel Lines..
