Auto-tin option after deleting triangles within mesh

After deleting triangles within a mesh (usually trees/obstructions within drone data), this function would re-mesh the areas where the triangles have been deleted.

They could be identified by the creation of boundaries.

    This has been added in the new DTM Editor in v7.
