Change point number in "Edit Point" screen.

Instead of the tedious Modify/Renumber process allow the point number to be changed in the Edit Point dialogue box.

    It's not implemented yet so you haven't missed anything. When I marked this as existing I was referring to the request.

    Working on getting this functionality in v7. It is planned and scheduled. Will also be available from the new modeless Properties Ui.
