Change Text Box Size Around text i.e. change distance from edge of text to edge of box

When activating opaque, text is blocking too much underlying information.

Want to decease the distance from the edge of the text to the edge of the box so as to minimize blocking of underlying information i.e maintain text size but decreasing the box size.

I know in old versions of civilcad this was possible by specifying the box size as well as the text size when creating new text types.

    Civilcad used to allow you to adjust the size of the opaque box by percentages, so you could move the opaque edge in as close to the text as possible without blocking out critical linework.
