Set All Attributes to ByLayer to Update the Layer Manager for all layers

Currently, if you set All Attributes to ByLayer (v6.1) they change on-screen for the data BUT if you select another layer from the drop-down list, the settings for that layer are derived from the Layer Manager. Then have to use the Set All Attributes to ByLayer again for the selected layer. If you set to ByLayer for attributes and then create a new point from one of the jobs layers, it uses the Layer Manager settings.

Propose that when you Set all Attributes to ByLayer, select a new properties icon > Copy All Attributes to Layers that all the layers in Layer Manager are reset to "ByLayer" and hold these new values.
