Hi Barkley,
This was more of an automatic display on/off toggle request from a customer rather than a report that has to be run each time to show the points with images. He was aware of the image point report.

Take a look at the "Images" option in the Inquiry Ribbon > Report ribbon group. This option does highlight the entities with attached images and the report is optional. Clicking on the Red X will show the images and selecting the More option allows for a closure view of the attached image.
