Change Reduce Points screen options to be the same as Densify Points

In Densify Points screen, there are two main options: Spacing on Straight Segments and Spacing on Curved Segments.  Which is simple and self explanatory.

In Reduce Points - you have Horizontal Tolerance and Vertical Tolerance which are a bit hit and miss with whatever values you enter and can take out too many points or not enough on the curved segments.

Therefore I suggest that the Reduce Points option be changed  to have also "Spacing on Straight Segments" and "Spacing on Curved  Segments" with "Delete" and "Retain" filtered points.

    I don't think Topcon has done anything with this, as I put a similar requeat in over two years later via the 'talk to Topcon' box on the Topcon support website.
