Automatic check in/check out licencing - choosing any free licence from the cloud

If somebody has checked out a licence and forgets to check it back in before going home, the licence is then locked and nobody else can use it. If it was automatically returned to the cloud, this would be a lot better.

    In v6 there is an auto check in/out configuration that takes care of this situation.
