Version 9.1.1 Scale points error

I have recently updated to "Topcon Office Version 9.1.1 (Build 2503250833) 25/03/2025". In the new version when using the Modify Scale command it works the same as in previous versions BUT when the Scale Confirmation window comes up it has the Base Point as X0.000 Y0.000 and Scale 1.00000 See attached file, which is not the point I originally selected and not the scale I entered. This seems to be an error in the programing and should be sorted out.
