Proposed changes to LS Transformation. Basically, all boxes in the calculated averages screen could have a checkbox to allow the user to tweak them:

1. Allow user to override scale in all modes (currently only in 2D mode)

2. Allow user to override swing in all modes (currently can't at all)

3. Allow user to override all shifts: E, N, Elev. (Currently can't at all)

4. Use two points for transformation (currently only in 2D mode)

I can see limitations in allowing tweaks in 3D mode, as the calculated averages aren't necessarily the same as the final positions, but in 2D and 2D+1D modes these should all be straightforward to implement.
