Layer Toolbar dropdown box

The Layer toolbar dropdown box is limited especially when working with a bulk amount of layers and not wanting to have to refer to the layer manager (which would be great to have in modeless mode). I propose that the layer drop down toolbar be allocated more space to extend and drop down so you can see more layers and the entire name even if the name stretches across the screen. Cheers Team.

    I understand this is also a request for the length of the dropdown, but fyi the layers toolbar will also ways display the full name. The dropdown list will widen with based on the length of the layername. Also, if you hover over the layername on the toolbar (also other dialogs such as double click> Edit point/line/arc) etc, it will display in full.

    We will be moving the layer manager to a modeless UI in the next major release (v7)
