Right Click, Select Linkages from Point

It appears that when selecting an entity and go select linked points, it will turn on the layer where the linked points are.

Is it possible to do the opposite, where there is a point that has multiple linkages. Can an option for 'select linkages' be available which turns on the layers that the point is attached too.
