Bug fixes

At least two settings from default job are not recognised when a new job is created based on the default template.

Firstly, in Project settings, the preferred text rotation method is ignored and stays on Angle rather than Bearing as set in the default template.

Secondly, in the Hot Box settings, the preferred point size is also ignored and stays on large rather than small as set in the template.

    I have the point size problem too. I set mine as Small in General and Program settings and it always starts as Large in a new job. My dealer has confirmed this via TeamViewer and has reported it to Topcon, but no word yet, (it may have disappeared into the Ether!)

    Since Barkley has not been able to duplicate the problem it sounds like it would come into that horrible category of "Bugs Specific To Users System!' I would have thought collecting info about users Hardware setup would be a course of action to resolve, in case there was some correlation.

    I tried using the Default job setup as suggested, but this didn't work for me. In any case, after reading about default jobs in the Help, it sounds like this is more of an Option, and not part of the main program setup flow.

    Hi Hudson,

    The ideas page is used for ideas for feature improvements and new features. Please contact your dealer with support issues.
    I have tested both items you have mentioned as not working and cannot duplicate your findings. After defning all the settings as you wish, make sure you save the mjo and then in Program Settings > library tab make sure you browse to and select the desired mjo. Also make sure the toggle for "Create new job from default job" is ON.
