Insert Arc Fillet, Select Tangent Point

The Insert Arc Fillet command works well except, could it include the option to Select the Tangent Point from an existing Point or end of Line.

At the moment after having selected your two lines, any point we snap to is taken as indicating a radius, which is not the same as having that point as the Tangent Point
