In the Survey, Translate/Rotate, can this tool be reviewed.

For the Translation, we need the ability to pick an Origin and Destination point from the screen. Currently we can only name the points, we are not even able to zoom to identify a point if we are zoomed out.

For the Rotation, the ability to pick two Origin points for orientation, and two for Required orientation.

The other options currently in the tool, namely,

Delete Destination Point, Offset, Rotation (by angle) and Scale are all useful so should be kept.

The whole thing should be kept in a Tool Window, as it is now, so when all the options are set, we can clearly see our choices, then we can OK the command.

An Undo option within the Tool Window would be good too, that would take us back one step so we can alter any of the options.
