Can we have the ability to make Groups of entities regardless of layers.

This should include the ability to include entities from different layers picked from the screen. When grouped, everything in the group should be highlighted when any part of the group is selected. The Group could be named or unnamed and can be ungrouped into its constituent entities just as easily.

This would give an extra element of control to certain other operations like move and rotate.
