Aligned and Linear Dimensions

Magnet Office Insert Dimension gives us an Aligned Dimension.

Would it be possible to have a Linear Dimension in a similar way that AutoCAD handles this.

Also related to this request, the current leader lines would not be suitable as they are fixed length, and if we try to move the dimension, they do not vary their length, or move to the other side of the entity if I move the dimension over there.
