Dimension override.

Can it be possible to override a dimension within the properties palate.

The dimension distance has lots of settings, but sometimes it would be good to override the decimal places or the actual numbers to get rid of a stray millimeter for instance. This is usually in individual circumstances and would be a waste of effort to change the distance settings only to change them back.

    A further development of this would be to also display the number of decimals a dimension is rounded to in the properties palate, then if we change this number then we could easily change several dimensions by Pasting Properties.
