Move DTM by LS Transformation

Currently a DTM will only be re-positioned using the LS transformation routine if it is attached to points which are being re-positioned. If a DTM has been imported from a dwg or TN3 file the LS transformation routine won't work with them, currently need to go through the translate/rotate function which can be hit and miss at times.


Can we have the LS transformation include unattached DTM's aswell please.
