Bring back the ability to rotate text by Line

This was a quick way to rotate text by one click on a line.

    You can click two positions on the screen, but it doesn't snap to points.

    Hi James,

    Seems to be working for me using points. Can you provide a video showing the issue you are having?

    Can confirm rotate by line is working in 8.1 but rotate by "two points" still isn't (it doesn't snap to the points as it should).

    Note: An issue was found with rotate text parallel to which was that a line was not being recognized, even though it was listed as a supported object. This has been fixed for version 8.1 which will be released soon.

    The option "Rotate Text - Parrallel to" in the right click context menu is meant to rotate text by a line.
