ACAD Symbols with associated Text add to Symbol Library

Attached is an example ACAD block that has associated text adjacent to the small circular symbol. Currently in MOffice, (a) the text has to be made up as linework (not added text) and (b) added windows text cannot be used - has to be copied lines over the text characters. More and more CAD symbology has associated text that although not within the symbol, the text is adjacent to the required symbol. Can this be a future request please.

    Plus the added text (linework) must be inside the symbol to be included.
