Empty Layers

In Survey View Layer Settings we can Delete empty layers, however in Drawing View these layers are still there. Is this intentional for some reason, or can this be fixed.

In the same Layer Settings, if the option to Hide empty layers is applied in Survey View, then this does carry through to the Drawing View.

    The layer manager in V8, soon to be released, works as you are requesting. If layers are hidden in survey view they are hidden in the drawing view. Both views allow for hiding of empty layers.
