Note - copied from users request (17-02-20). User wants to have option 2D+H and 3D transformation options under LS Transformation. With the current workflow the user has to manually work out the average height diff over the control points and do a block height shift. Or the user must then adjust the heights manually allowing for errors to be made which may not be easily detected without a strict QA policy. Please rework this option to include a 1D factor therefore allowing 2D + 1D, also a 3D factor might be advantageous when requiring to adjust to an inclined plane (though not common).
