Option to have background images move with linework/points being moved using the Modify: Align Feature.

"Would it be possible to upgrade the functionality of the Modify: Align Feature? Would like to have the option to have background images move with linework/points being moved using the Modify: Align Feature.

As an estimator, many times plans are 35% or less and haven't been assigned to a local coordinate system yet. Therefore, I use a projection coordinate system to have quick access to Bing maps for detailed scaled imagery. As the job gets developed more, it gets assigned to a local coordinate system, then i shift my linework into that system, but unfortunately if i have 30 attached images, then i have to manually re-attach each one because when I move the linework the attached images don't go with them. (these images are attached to these reference points, seems like they could stay attached. ) Thanks for considering this functionality."
