When we create our title blocks the text that is editable in the title block goes into a default layer and a few of the guys are getting caught by having the default layer turned off and then cannot edit the text.

This is currently a default setting in that even if you create a title block and have the text in different layers, the saved Title Block will revert all the text to $$DEFAULT and cannot be changed.

I'd like this to be enhanced and changed so that the text within the title block frame area (outside the plot window) can be assigned to different layers and retain those layers in the saved title block.
