Delete or Add contour labels

In Surface, Create Edit DTM. The create label by added lines function doesn't seem to work for short contours. Especially those that are on one mesh face only. Can this be fixed.

Also in the Edit Contour Label function, the first option we meet in this says:

Do you want to remove existing contour labels.

To clarify this can this text be changed to:

Do you want to remove ALL existing contour labels.
