Add Triangles Manually

If adding triangles manually, the point selected that has an elevation & set to Use in Surface but doesn't have any triangle attachments will prompt a "Add Surface Point" screen with the current elevation displayed. Annoying prompt if manually adding a number of triangles.

Solution: add an option "Don't Prompt Again" so that this screen won't reappear again and can add triangles manually without any further prompts.
