contour label opaque rather segmented contour line

To be able to have a continuous contour line with the contour label sitting on top with an opaque text setting. This would mean when transferring to DWG the contour line itself has not been segmented and the text is still clear and visible.

    contour labels can be made opaque in autocad by making the text as mtext and turning on background mask in the properties.


    Also if you export contour lines without labels you can provide continuous lines the add the contour labels over the top.

    Would this be specific to Export DWG only? How about PDF or other formats? Currently it looks like MO doesn't support export/import of "Opaque" flag for text anyway, so this will need to be investigated first.
    Can anyone suggest where I can set such setting to make Text Opaque in Autocad?
