Renumber Points - Add "Value to Subtract"

In the example picture attached I have selected some points that start at 101.

What we would like is another field to the right of “Value to Add” and title it: Value to Subtract

So if there was a field named “Value to Subtract” we would enter 100 and then the new point numbers will be starting at 1 >>16
