Insert Line by Grade and Distance from a known point with RL

Have an option to insert Line or point by grade and distance.

Right click mouse option or in the tabs "insert"

    I am running version 4.3.2
    it doesn't have a ribbon spot for entity

    Sorry, I was referring to the Insert Ribbon. See attached images. The Create Entity UI is a modeless panel and can remain open and can be docked. The auto hide option works with the panel as well.

    Under "Insert" there is no create entity ??

    This is available now if using the Insert > Create Entity option. Please have a look.
