Roads - Use Road Number for the Create Surface to Survey Transfer

We have some customers who have multiple road designs and in the Data Transfer Table, the strings and layers can be prefixed with the allocated Road Number. But the Create DTM surface name does not get appended with the Road Number. Therefore propose that whatever Road Number is selected, that that number is appended to the Surface DTM for transfer to Survey.
