Enhance DTM Editor

In the "Surface Data" tab screen, is "Update Surface Points". Could this button be live when you enter Surface Data so that if point elevations that have been changed, the Update Surface Points option will update the mesh + contours and retain the original mesh limits within the bdy. As the DTM Tools option of Update DTM is no longer available in v7.1.
