Show changes to Text in Properties Manager

A End User has requested to show the changes made to Text (Upper, Lower, etc) to show in the Properties Manager window as the changes are being made. We display the contents of the text in the Properties Manager window. So, is it possible to update that section in the properties manager window as the changes are made to the text?
