Need a similar pop-up window box for 'Create Boundary' and Edit Boundary

Couple of End Users from MNG Survey, Australia has requested a pop-up window when editing a boundary that is similar to the pop-up window displayed when creating a boundary. Please see their comment below.

"I also noticed today that When initially creating a boundary you get the "Create Boundary" pop-up window that allows you to manipulate the boundary as needed. Once you OK it and then want to edit the boundary at a later time you are forced into the Property Manager window to manipulate the boundary from there. It is not user friendly and it is slow to manipulate. Reinstate the popup window similar to the TEXT Box Request (DR-I-15)"

    New changes to the UI will surely take a bit of time to get used to.

    Rather than spend the time to reinstate, perhaps someone can suggest how the Property Manager can be more user friendly (or advise how its not).
