If measuring a point using a total station in Topcon field, you can set the height type of the prism to top of pole rather than center of prism, and set a prism offset.

Once you import the mjf into topcon tools the center offset does not appear anywhere and while the heights are initially correct, when you "compute coordinates" the heights get changed to as if the measurements were to center of prism.
