Working with Trimble .Cal file

It would be great to be able to import the Trimble .cal file which is the calibration raw data from the trimble survey controller. We currently use a 3rd party software LSS toolkit which is free to download. It would be great to have this built into our software. I have attached a .cal file for reference.
